1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. butter, melted (1 1/2 sticks) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 c. confectioners sugar 2 pkg. instant pudding (you may use any flavor you like) 3 c. milk Mix flour and butter. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding and milk as per directions on pudding box. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. May sprinkle chopped nuts on top if so desire. |
