LIME COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 regular pkg. sugar free Jello

Make with 1 cup water. Chill until it starts to thicken.

Combine: 1/2 c. low calories mayonnaise

Stir this mixture into the Jello and mix well. 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. yellow pepper, chopped 1 tsp. onion, finely cut

Add vegetables to Jello mix. Decorate top with chopped peppers. Chill until solid.
