ITALIAN BEAN SALAD 
1 can of each: red kidney beans, string beans, wax beans, white kidney beans, chick peas
1 c. minced onion
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. olive oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Black pepper
2 pkgs. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Drain all cans of beans and pour into large bowl. Mix in celery and onion. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning mix in small bowl. Pour marinade over beans. Toss well. Place, covered in refrigerator for several hours.
