FIVE MINUTE FUDGE 
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk (small can)
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. (4 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. (1 1/2 6 oz. pkg.) semi - sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, Carnation milk, sugar and salt in sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mixture starts to "bubble" around edges of pan.) Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute (until marshmallows melt and blend). Pour into 8 inch square buttered pan. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds.
