CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin (shredded)
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. almonds, slivered (or sunflower seeds)
1/2 pkg. ramen noodles, broken up

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. Japanese rice vinegar
1/2 seasoning pkg. from ramen

Combine dressing ingredients in jar. Shake to combine. Pour over tossed cabbage and green onions in large bowl. Refrigerate. Add seeds, nuts and noodles just before serving.
