APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples

Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Add the flour, soda and salt, last of all add apples and vanilla. Mixture may be a little stiff at first, but the juice from the apples will make it thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes in a Bundt pan.

TOPPING FOR CAKE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over cake while mixture is still hot.
