POTATO DISH 
2 lb. bag hash browns, frozen
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-3 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. sour cream

Mix all the ingredients together (except the potatoes). After they are mixed, fold in the potatoes. Place in large casserole or baking pan. Top with 3 cups crushed corn flake crumbs which are mixed with 1/2 stick of butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

This makes a very large dish full of potatoes.
