SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 log "Blue and Gold" sausage (1 1/4 lb.)

Let the sausage and cheese get to room temperature because it is easier to mix. Just dump everything into a big bowl and combine well. Roll into good size balls, enough for about 2 bites a piece.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbling hot and they begin to brown. These freeze well and heat up in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
