VEGETABLE PIZZA 
2 cans crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise, Miracle Whip or yogurt
1 pkg. Ranch House dressing mix
2 c. or more of very finely chopped vegetables
1 or more c. finely shredded cheese

(Cauliflower, bell pepper, radishes, scallions, broccoli, carrots, etc.)

Place crescent rolls on large cookie sheet in a single layer, seal all edges. Cook in oven following directions on can until lightly brown. Let cool. Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and package of Ranch House dressing. Spread on top of crust.

Cut the crust into squares. Sprinkle vegetables on top and then cheese. Keep refrigerated until serving.
