FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter
Dash salt

CREAM FILLING:

1 carton strawberry flavored yogurt
Assorted fresh fruits

Brown ingredients for crust in a skillet until golden and then press in pie plate or on a pizza pan. (This burns easily so watch carefully.) Spread yogurt on crust and top with whatever fresh fruits you like. I use melons, nectarines, strawberries, kiwi and sliced purple grapes arranged in a colorful pattern.
