6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
2 c. evaporated milk

TOPPING:

6 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

PUDDING: Beat egg yolks, sugar together until mixture is smooth. Gradually add milk and mix thoroughly. Put in baking dish.

TOPPING: Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add sugar and continue to beat. Add vanilla and beat until topping is thick and fluffy. Put over pudding and bake at 350 degrees until topping is browned.
