POTATO AND ONION CASSEROLE (NO
FAT)
 
6 med. potatoes
Parsley, salt, pepper
1 env. Butter Buds
3 med. onions
Thyme & Poultry seasonings

Peel and slice potatoes and onions thinly. Place alternate layers of potatoes and onions in casserole, sprinkling each layer lightly with seasonings and herbs. Repeat layering until all are used. Mix one envelope Butter Buds with 1/2 cup warm water and pour over all. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
