CHICKEN MONTEREY 
Boneless skinless breasts
Chopped green onion
Diced tomato
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

TERIYAKI SAUCE:

1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic

Baste breasts with sauce and BBQ for approximately 10 minutes. Put breasts on broiler tray and cover with onions and tomato. Top with shredded cheese. Broil until cheese is completely coated. Quick and easy.
