BEST EVER CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced celery
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
4 c. tomato juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 to 6 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt

In Dutch oven, cook beef, onion, green pepper and celery with 1 cup water until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients with meat mixture in Dutch oven. Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
