CHINESE COOKIES 
1 can Chinese noodles
1 sm. can peanuts
1 bag butterscotch morsels

Melt butterscotch over low heat. Be careful not to scorch. Add noodles and peanuts and mix well. Drop by teaspoons on wax paper and allow to dry. Yields: about 3 dozen.
