CHINESE NEW YEARS COOKIES | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips (or 6 oz. with 6 oz. chocolate) 2 c. unsalted peanuts 2 c. Chinese noodles Melt chips in top of double boiler or in microwave oven. Add peanuts. Stir. Add Chinese noodles. Stir. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. |
