PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 yellow cake mix
4 oz. instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 sm. bread pans

Mix first 6 ingredients. Put 1/4 mixture in each pan. Sprinkle 1/4 mixture of cinnamon, sugar and nuts over each. Add rest of batter then rest of sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
