FRUITED CHICKEN 'N RICE SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Near East Rice Pilaf
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 med. Red Delicious apples, cubed
1/2 c. raisins
Salad greens
Toasted slivered almonds

Prepare rice pilaf following package directions. Place in large bowl; cover and chill. For dressing, combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Cover; chill to blend flavors. Combine rice pilaf with chicken, apples and raisins. Add dressing and stir to coat evenly. Serve salad on greens; garnish with almonds. Makes 6 servings, about 8 cups.
