RASPBERRY BUTTER 
1 c. raspberries
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. unsalted butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Lemon juice

Boil berries, water and sugar in saucepan over medium heat until syrupy, stirring frequently. Then strain through a sieve and press with a spoon to remove seeds. Process berry mixture, butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice to taste. Transfer to a small bowl or mold and refrigerate. Maybe made ahead and chilled. Keep covered and refrigerate when not in use.
