COUNTRY CONGEALED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
2 env plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold watah 1/2 cuppa vinegar juice uv 1 lemun 1/2 cuppa sugah 1/2 c. pimento 1 tsp. salt 1 c. cabbage, shredded fine 2 c. boilin' mater juice 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 small grated onion 1 cuppah sugah 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cuppa oil 3/4 c. vinegar Combine gelatin, dissolved in watah with vinegar, lemun juice, sugah, pimento, salt, cabbage, mater juice, bell pepper, celery and onion. Mix thez ingrediments wid 1 cuppa sugah, salt, oil and vinegar. Put in ice box to mold. |
