FRESH TOMATO SCALLOP 
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. toasted nuts
5 tomatoes
1 tbsp. wine
Worcestershire sauce

Cook onions until crisp. Add crumbs, cheese and nuts toss to mix. Set aside. Cut up tomatoes in thin slices. Sprinkle with wine and Worcestershire. Add crumb mixture on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 3/4 hours. Cal 122, 3 g fat Potasium 275.
