SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
1 stick butter
4 toes garlic
1 bunch shallots
2 tbsp. parsley
1 c. whipping cream or half & half
1 lb. shrimp, peeled & uncooked
12 oz. fettucini

Saute shrimp and garlic in butter. When shrimp is almost ready, add shallots. Cook until tender. When shallots are tender turn off stove. Add parsley. Cook fettucini noodles - separate pot. Add cooked, strained fettucini noodles to shrimp, saute and toss gently while adding whipping cream or half & half.
