SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
1 1/2 c. half & half
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 c. real Parmesan
1 stick butter
4 chopped green onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 - 1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Contadina angel hair pasta
1 1/2 lbs. med. shrimp, peeled & deveined

Slowly cook, half and half, cheeses and sour cream. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add shrimp last and cook 3 to 5 minutes (until pink). Combine shrimp mixture with sauce and cooked pasta. Serves 4.
