SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. Jalapeno pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. fettuccine noodles
3 sticks butter
3 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/4 c. flour
4 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 lbs. shrimp
1 pt. whipping cream
Parmesan cheese, to taste

Melt butter in large saucepan. Saute onions and bell peppers until clear. Add flour and mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add parsley and shrimp. Cook 20 minutes stirring often. Add cream, soup, cheese, hot peppers and garlic. Mix well.
