SHRIMP AND CHEESE 
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 to 1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. cooked, de-veined shrimp
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce

Mix together melted butter and flour in heavy saucepan. Add cheeses, stir in milk. Stir until cheeses melts and mixture thickens. Add shrimp, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
