SHRIMP FETTUCINI 
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled
1 pt. half and half cream
1 lb. jalapeno cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper
1 lb. pkg. fettucini noodles

A) Melt butter in large heavy saucepan. Add flour and make a roux.

B) Add onions to roux. Cook 10 minutes on low fire, stirring often.

C) Add parsley and shrimp. Cover and cook 20 minutes on medium fire, stirring occasionally.

D) Add half and half cream and cheese. Mix well.

E) Add salt and pepper to taste.

F) Cook covered on low heat 20 minutes, stirring often.

G) Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and add sauce. Mix thoroughly. Serves 10.
