SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
1 c. butter
1 c. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. half & half cream
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 (12 oz.) bag noodles
Parmesan cheese

Melt butter; add onion and bell pepper. Cook until tender (about 15 minutes). Add flour; cook 15 minutes, stirring often. Add parsley, garlic, red pepper, and salt. Cook 15 minutes. Add half & half, Velveeta, and shrimp; cook 20 minutes. Cook fettuccine noodles and mix with shrimp mixture. Pour into 2 quart greased baking dish. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and a few boiled shrimp.
