HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. fat
1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
4 tbsp. ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese (any kind)

Brown beef, green pepper, and onion; add tomatoes, macaroni, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Pour ingredients into a large baking dish. Drain off excess fat. Add mushroom soup, spooning throughout the mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
