20 oz. can juice, packed pineapples 6 oz. can undiluted frozen orange juice, defrosted 1 env. plain unflavored gelatin 10 pkg. sugar sub. (1 gram each) (Sweet & Low, Equal) Drain juice from the pineapple into a medium saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin on the juice - allowing to sit for 1 minute or until soft. Stir gently over low heat until gelatin melts. Remove from heat. Stir in crushed pineapples, thawed orange juice and sugar substitute. Store in covered container in refrigerator. (14 calories per tablespoon). Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
