SUPPER MEDLEY 
1 lb. ground round
1 chopped onion
1 chopped pepper
16 oz. bag frozen peas & carrots, thawed
1 lb. macaroni, cooked & drained
Approximately 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Pats of butter

Brown meat, onion and pepper. Drain fat and place mixture in large casserole. Cover with vegetables, uncooked. We set these out to slightly thaw. But it is not necessary. Dot with butter, salt and pepper, if desired, but not at all needed. Cover with cooked macaroni. Cover with slices of cheese. We prefer Velveeta, but white American or sharp is good also.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake about 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft. This can be made in advance and reheated. It is very good the second time heated.
