PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. curly noodles
1 sm. jar pimentos, diced
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, dice & save juice
1 can sliced black olives
1/4 c. sliced Spanish olives
1 jar marinated mushrooms, sliced -- juice opt.

Cook noodles just until tender, drain; add all other ingredients including juice. Salt and pepper to taste, then toss with 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate as long as possible before serving.
