CHEESE O'LANTERNS 
1 lb. American cheese (orange or dark yellow colored)
Green pepper slivers

1. Cut cheese into chunks about 1 1/2 inches.

2. Roll in the palms of your hands to make balls. Squash a little on top and bottom to make the balls pumpkin-shaped.

3. With the back of a knife make about 6 ridges in each pumpkin from top to bottom.

4. Stick green pepper slivers in the tops to make the pumpkin stem. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
