NUTRITIOUS PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 (18 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter
1 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1 c. honey

Put 1/2 cup of the dry milk into a small bowl. Stir all of the rest of the above ingredients. Form into walnut-size balls and roll in the dry milk to reduce the stickiness. Store in the refrigerator. Makes approximately 4 dozen. Optional: 1/2 cup raisins and/or sunflower seeds may be added.
