CANADIAN RELISH 
24 ripe tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 med. onion
1/2 c. salt
4 tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. cloves
18 green tomatoes
3 red bell pepper
2 lbs. brown sugar
2 qts. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Chop vegetables, add 1/2 cup salt and let stand overnight. Drain. Add spices and vinegar. Cook for 1h our and seal in jars. Water bath 15 minutes.
