EGG ROLLS 
1 sm. chopped cabbage
1 chopped onion
1 c. broccoli tops
1 c. cooked chicken
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1/2 c. to 1 c. cooking oil

Saute cabbage, onion and broccoli in butter. Add cooked chicken pieces, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Lay out egg roll wrappers and put 3 tablespoons mixture into each wrapper. Fold sides in first then roll remaining tightly. Pour oil in skillet and heat on medium-high heat. Place flap in skillet first so it will seal and cook each side until brown.
