PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. chocolate chips or chocolate almond bark, melted

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Pat 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture into a cupcake liner. Top with melted chocolate. Cool until set. May also be spread in 9 x 13 inch pan and frosted, then cut in squares.
