BANANA-SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. melted butter (I use butter)
2 sticks butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners sugar
3 - 5 bananas, sliced and dipped into pineapple juice
2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, well drained
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 2 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced and well drained
1 lg. and 1 sm. container Cool Whip
Crushed walnuts
Maraschino cherries

For first layer, mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into pan. For second layer, beat softened butter, eggs, vanilla and confectioners sugar until firm. Spread over graham cracker crust. For third layer, spread bananas over. For fourth layer, spread crushed pineapple. For fifth layer, spread strawberries. For sixth layer, spread both containers Cool Whip. For seventh layer, sprinkle crushed walnus and maraschino cherries on top. Use 13" x 9" pan and chill for 8 hours before serving.
