CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
1 pkg. dried chipped beef (I use 2)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 sm. sour cream (or 1 big one)
6 slices bacon

Grease casserole - tear or cut up chipped beef on bottom.

Wrap chicken breasts in bacon and place on top of chipped beef.

Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together and pour over mixture. Bake uncovered in 275 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours (until chicken is fork tender).
