COLD RICE SALAD 
1 lb. wild rice, cooked (I use 2 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice, original recipe with 23 herbs and seasoning)
2 pts. cherry tomatoes, halves
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, undrained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked
1 green pepper, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing

Mix well. Stir in dressing (you will not need the full bottle). Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
