TAMALE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
3/4 c. V-8 juice
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne
2 tsp. cumin

Mix all ingredients together and form into balls; keep balls small, they taste better.

SAUCE:

Remainder of lg. can V-8 (you may want to buy 2 cans for more sauce)
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt

Mix together and pour over balls. Cook over medium heat for 45-60 minutes. Don't stir too much; let balls cook a little.
