FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. container whipped cream
1 pt. strawberries, halved
2-3 fresh bananas, sliced
1 (1 lb.) can sliced cling peaches, drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed and drained

Cut cookie dough into slices and press onto lightly greased pizza pan, arranging in circular pattern and overlapping. Bake until edges are slightly brown - center will not be brown. Blend cream cheese and whipped cream and spread over crust. Arrange fruit in circles, starting at outer edges and working to center. Spoon orange sauce over fruits. Cut into wedges and serve.

ORANGE SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water

Stir together sugar, salt and cornstarch in small saucepan. Gradually add orange juice, lemon juice and water. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened and boiling. Continue to boil and stir 1 more minute. Stir in orange peel. Let cool before serving over fruit pizza.
