COUNTRY CHICKEN `N BISCUITS 
8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped & half of the juice (or 2 med. fresh tomatoes)
1 c. longhorn or colby cheese, shredded
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Blend soup and milk, then stir all of above ingredients together and put into a greased casserole dish. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

STEP 2:
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/2 of 2.8 oz. can Durkee French fried onions

Mix these 3 ingredients thoroughly then drop on top of casserole to form 6-8 biscuits. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

STEP 3:
1/2 of the can of Durkee French fried onions
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Put on top of casserole and bake 2-3 minutes or until onions are toasted and cheese is melted.
