FRIED APPLES FOR DIABETICS 
2 tbsp. butter
4 sm. sweet apples, cored & sliced
Sweet-n-Low equal to 6 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In large non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples. Cook about 10 minutes until tender. Add sweetener and spices plus vanilla and cook, stirring 3 minutes. Serve hot or cold. 118 calories each. 1 1/2 fat exchange. 1 fruit exchange. Serves 4.
