RECEPTION SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon fruit gelatin
Juice from 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. Philadelphia cream cheese, or 1 lg. mashed with 1 sm. can pimentos
1/2 c. celery (fine)
1 c. walnuts (fine)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Pinch of salt

Mix lemon fruit gelatin with pineapple juice, which has been boiled and when it begins to jell add the other ingredients in order given. Allow the mixture to stand in individual mold until set. If desired, make Jello in bottom of mold and top green and red. Use crushed pineapple if desired.
