1/2 lb. bag frozen potatoes, such as crinkle cuts, shoestring potatoes, potato tots Mexican seasoning, Italian seasoning or Cajun seasoning Preheat grill or broiler. Place one serving potatoes in center of 10 inch square double thickness heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with desired seasoning. Fold foil edges over, wrap securely. Repeat with as many servings as needed. Place pocket on grill or broiler pan 6 inches from source of heat. Grill or broil 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and crisp. |
