12 c. popped popcorn
116 M & M's
116 roasted peanuts (optional)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
116 marshmallows

Melt marshmallows, butter, and oil in saucepan. Add popcorn. Mix until popcorn is completely covered. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put into well buttered bundt pan. Let stand 1 hour. Remove from pan.
