3 to 5 lb. brisket Flour Lipton onion soup mix Cooking bag Place brisket in cooking bag dusted with flour. Add Lipton onion soup to top of brisket and puncture top of bag approximately 6 times. Cook over low heat in 300 degree oven until done. (7 pound brisket takes approximately 5 hours.) |
