MOON CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 stick butter
4 eggs
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Cool Whip
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

Bring to a boil 1 cup water and 1 stick butter. Turn burner off and mix in 1 cup flour. Mixture will form a ball. Stir in 4 eggs (one at a time). Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees 25 minutes. Let cool. Crust will be very lumpy when baked.

Mix 2 small packages instant vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk. Beat in 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese. Spread on shell. Then spread on Cool Whip and drizzle on chocolate syrup. Refrigerate. Can add on almost any fruit.
