BEER BATTER 
2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. beer
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

In bowl put flour, salt, baking powder and cream of tartar. Add milk and beer and mix well. Add egg and mix well. Heat in deep pan to 375 degrees for fish, 350 degrees for chicken and 365 degrees for onion rings.
