DUBLIN POTATO SALAD 
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. each celery seed & mustard seed
3 med. potatoes, cooked
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chilled & cubed
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine vinegar, celery and mustard seeds. Cube potatoes. Pour over potatoes and stir. Sprinkle with sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Chill before serving. Add remaining ingredients (mix milk, mayonnaise and salt together) and mix well.
